Collection Shop – Return & Refund Policy

At Collection Shop, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied, we make returns simple through our online return portal.

How to Start a Return

  • Log in to your Collection Shop account and select the order you wish to return.

  • Click “Request a Return” and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • If you checked out as a guest, email us at collectionshop78@gmail.com with your order number to start your return manually.

Return Conditions

  • You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you a confirmation.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at collectionshop78@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
