At Collection Shop, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied, we make returns simple through our online return portal.
How to Start a Return

Log in to your Collection Shop account and select the order you wish to return.

Click “Request a Return” and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you checked out as a guest, email us at collectionshop78@gmail.com with your order number to start your return manually.
Return Conditions

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you a confirmation.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at collectionshop78@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
